Ongoing or Past Projects
- Airlite Plastics: Complete disconnection, rigging, transportation and reinstallation of 65 large injection molders, as well as several hundred other smaller pieces and fixtures. Designed and installed executive and administrative office system for 70 employees.
- Case New Holland: Conducting their nationwide reorganization of assembly lines. Moving machinery and production lines in Belleville, PA, Grand Island, NE and Wichita, KS. Moved tooling department to Mexico. We installed steel framework for assembly lines as well as all utilities. We also cleaned and painted over 100 machines.
- Ethicon Endosurgery: Endoscopic surgery equipment, a Johnson and Johnson company - Designed and built specialized boxes to ship each individual piece of high-precision tabletop equipment. Transported equipment from Cincinnati to Juarez, Mexico. We have performed over 50, on-time and safe moves over the past ten years.
- Gage Marketing: Consolidated 7 warehouses into one 500,000 square foot facility, which included the set up of the equivalent of 8 miles of pallet rack, transportation of 1,400 truckloads of inventory in 31 days, new office set up, de-installation of rack and offices at old end. Moved over 46,000 SKU's with no inventory mislocated or any downtime.
- John Deere: This six phase project moved their skid steer line from Loudon, Tennessee to Dubuque, Iowa, as well as assembly lines to Mexico. This involved rigging, disconnection (mechanical & electrical), skidding & packing, loading, trucking and reinstallation of 100 truckloads of machines and equipment.
- Milacron: Hosea is responsible for receiving, prepping, painting, warehousing, export packing and shipping of over
500 machines a year. We have been involved with Milacron for over 50 years, and are currently in the middle of a seven year contract.
- Via Systems: Complete dismantling of a 750,000 square foot facility. Skidded, crated and loaded over 400 large pieces for China and 200 pieces for Canada. This project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and 7% below budget.
